Your hotel does not have a standby generator. With the rate of power failure, it is really not a bad idea to have one, it's a necessity. I have talked to you people about this before yet nothing changed. Please try to upgrade your standard so I don't have similar experience again. Thank you.

Motel liberty is very unkempt. The workers are very rude, they find it difficult to clean the rooms or attend to customers. There was one particular one that is very insulting. Even their front desk personnel is very rude. They don't even rate up to 1 star. I did not enjoy the services there at all.
