The hotel was okay and well organised. It was really good.

The hotel is a very quiet place, the reception is warm and accommodating. The breakfast is always on time and it is tasty.The staffs are diligent and efficient also. I would visit again soon.

I'm a regular customer at your hotel, for many years have been staying at your hotel the service is always great and welcoming, have not had to complain at all and if I do such complain is been met, I was very surprised during my last visit when I notice that the water heater in my room stopped working, I called the receptionist to complain and before ten minutes a kettle of hot water was given to me and a bucket of hot water too, which shows that your service has not changed and I don't think its going to change.

My stay at the hotel was a good one, the hotel was beautiful and nice. Calm atmosphere, room was clean and comfortable. All facilities were put in place. They have excellent, friendly staff. I will give them 80/100. Kudos to them

The hotel environment was peaceful, I enjoyed their breakfast and the hotel staffs are friendly

We had a nice time at Colonades Hotels. Service was awesome even when their intercom was not working.
