The hospitality is really wonderful with well mannered staff. Good facilities. I enjoyed my stay.

My stay was not okay, the rooms were not what I saw online it was so disappointing.

Checking into the hotel was really smooth because I already made my reservation online. I was given the room I booked and the room was very neat and well arranged. The rate was fair and the hotel's attendants were very polite.

I had a bad stay, the AC was not working well, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

I enjoyed the experience.

The elevator got faulty, bad bad costumer service, the workers are rude to the core, the hotel lacks maintenance and most of the rooms are dusty with dirty bathroom

My stay at the hotel was not bad, although the environment wasn't looking good at all. It was not what I expected. The building was looking pretty old. I will however like to commend the good hospitality of the hotel's management. They were very friendly.

The hotel is located in a very lovely environment with nice scenery. Although, I had to call the reception severally to turn on the water. For instance, I had to call at 2 am after using the toilet and then I noticed the water was off. Other than this, I actually had a nice and peaceful stay at the hotel.

The hotel is located in a serene environment. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was comfortable and the bed was nice. In addition, the facilities in my room were working. I was however, disappointed with the fact that the water was not constant and the heater in my bathroom was not working.

Bad maintenance and a very old hotel

My stay at the hotel was a wonderful one. Cheers Hotel is really a place to be, wonderful staff, maximum security guaranteed, it was just perfect. I hope stay there when I visit Lagos again.

I can’t categorically say I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The security isn’t adequate. Though they have security outside but they don’t have inside the hotel. Also, the fridge in my room wasn’t working. Though I complained and nothing was done about it throughout my stay in the hotel. The service quality is pleasant but they should try and improve more on it.

There was nothing fascinating about the place.

I was really impressed during my stay at the hotel. I really enjoyed the constant power supply at the hotel and my room was neat and toiletries was provided in the bathroom. I enjoyed the quiet and convenient location of the hotel, the environment was serene too and room service was perfect. I am happy I stayed at the Hotel and I look forward to more visits.

I was pleased with my stay at the hotel. I was comfortable with the room I checked into, everywhere was neat, the toilet and bathroom were properly cleaned. The staff were caring and accommodating. Only that the management of the hotel needs to create more awareness like replacing the old banner at the hotel to something very attractive and bold that can capture of the attention of people. This would also make it easier for guest to locate the hotel.

My stay at was good. I enjoyed the meals at the hotel and also the room was of good shape, size and very beautiful paintings. The hotel had no wifi which was not very nice. I would really encourage the hotel management to fix this so as to harbour more guest in the hotel and reduce the rate at which guests complain about the internet.

Though, their staffs were wonderful and the food was fantastic but I didn’t get value for my money because the room didn't meet up to my expectation. At least, I am glad that the motive of staying here was achieved.

The hotel is located in a serene environment. They have helpful and friendly staff. My room was comfortable, beautiful and the bed was nice. The AC and TV in my room were working perfectly. The only dissatisfaction I had was the dirty bathroom and the water heater which was not functioning.
