All went extremely well at Apartment Royale. The room was cozy yet spacious. The breakfast was delicious, the staff, very kind, they made all efforts to make my stay very memorable. Nice environment. Great location. I enjoyed my self.

I regretted my stay at the hotel. The hotel services were nothing to write home about. The staff were never bothered about the welfare of their guests. They were only concerned about the money been paid. Complimentary breakfast was never given as promised. I made reservation for three nights but I ended up spending just one night.

This experience was beyond amazing. I found this hotel online before traveling to Nigeria and I was really nervous about staying at a hotel in Nigeria since I've never done so before. Apartment Royal Palace really exceeded my expectations! I was very impressed with the service. The workers are very attentive and respectful. The room was decent, clean, and food was affordable. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was okay and clean. There was no air freshener in the rest room and basic things like toothpaste were not available also.

I enjoyed my stay and everything was comfortable especially the room but the only complaint I had was with the internet. It was not functioning properly.

The staff were very professional and caring. The staff were quick in attending to your needs and the food tasted just like home made food. Honestly I tried so hard to find something to complain about but I couldn't. Finally, my stay at the hotel was great.

I had a perfect stay. The staffs were really nice, friendly and welcomed me well from the reception. The room I was given was spacious, comfortable , internet and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The food from the restaurant was nice, a mistake was made in my order but I was compensated.

I stayed at Apartment Royale from July 3rd to August 1st and my stay was a wonderful experience. The management and staff were wonderful, very respectful, and very polite. They maintain a very clean and professional environment. It was really a home away from home, I will definitely return to have that experience again. It is a very good hotel I must confess and I enjoyed my stay there. I was well received by the staff. The room was comfortable to stay in and really good facilities were available for use. The only issue I had there was that the WiFi did not work but it was stated when I made the booking that free Wifi services would be available. I would give an eight over ten rating to the hotel. Apartment Royale Hotel and Suite is a no for me when it comes to location, it is not located within the popular area of Ikeja, I went through stress locating the hotel. Though the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I had a good sleep! The bathroom was well equipped with essential toiletries but the hotel does not have enough parking space. The price paid was worth it.
