Basic Travel Requirements for Vietnameses visiting Norway

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Norwegian Visa.


  • A downloaded and filled visa application form. 
  • Two passport-sized photos with a light background.
  • A national passport and copies of your previous visas(if any) valid for at least 3 months beyond the return date 
  • Two blank pages of the passport for stamps.
  • A travel medical insurance 
  • A cover letter stating the purpose of visit to Norway. 
  • A detailed flight itinerary.
  • Hotel reservation for the whole duration of the intended stay in Norway.
  • Proof of civil status (marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc).
  • Proof of sufficient financial means for the period of stay in Norway. 
  • A copy of the applicant's return-ticket reservation.
