Ukraine Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • This is the type of visa issued to persons who intend to visit Ukraine for tourism purposes.
  • You can also visit family and friends while on this visa.
  • All visitors to Ukraine must carry a valid passport.
  • Ukrainian government recently simplified the processes of getting a visa to Ukraine.
  • Applicants seeking a Ukraine tourist visa need to submit an invitation letter from a family member or host living in Ukraine.
  • This letter should clearly state the address and contact details of the host, as well as your relationship with them.
  •  During the visa application, you will need to provide proof of sufficient funds to last the duration of your stay.You are advised to exit the country before your visa expires.
  • This visa does not serve study purposes. You cannot be enrolled in any of the institutions of learning in the country.

Ukraine Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • This is the type of visa issued to Ghanaians traveling to Ukraine for business purposes.
  • You will need to provide an invitation letter from the Ukraine company you will be visiting.
  • This letter will also contain their detailed address, accompanied with the date and actual purpose of your trip.
  • If the intention is to attend a meeting or seminar, confirmation/invitation from the conference organizer/institution is required.
  • If you are employed, you will have to present a certificate from your employer stating or allowing your business travel.
  • Proof of sufficient funds to cover the costs of stay (e.g. bank statement for 2 recent months) is required.
  • Self-employed people may need to submit proof of business registration.
  • You cannot be gainfully employed while you are in the country with this visa.
  • It must be made clear whether your trip will be sponsored by the employer or the local company.

Ukraine Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • An international student who wants to pursue an educational course in Ukraine will have to obtain a student visa.
  • The Ukraine student visa is a long-term visa granted to students who have already been accepted for admission by a recognized educational institute in Ukraine.
  • The student visa must be obtained before entry into the country.
  • To be eligible for a Ukraine student visa, you must provide proof of having being accepted as a student by a recognized Ukrainian university.
  • You must also provide proof of full payment of tuition fee for the course.
  • Your medical insurance must cover the total number of days you will be staying in Ukraine as a student.
  • Student visa applicants are also required to submit a medical report showing they are HIV/AIDS free.

Ukraine Medical Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • The medical visa is issued to persons who plan to visit Ukraine for medical treatment that cannot be gotten in the applicant’s home country.
  • An invitation letter issued by the Ukrainian medical institution offering treatment is required.
  • The letter should state that the doctor has accepted to take up the applicant’s treatment.
  • A medical report from a local doctor in Ghana indicating the ailment of the applicant should be provided.
  • The report should state the reason the treatment is best gotten in Ukraine.
  • Proof that the applicant can afford the medical fees should be provided.
  • If the applicant of this visa is employed, a letter confirming the awareness and allowance of the leave from the employer is required.
  • The letter should also state the contact details of the company in Ghana.
