The Agricultural Development Corporation of Kenya (ADC)initially utilized the land to develop both milk & farm produce from Colonial times to the late 90’s.
Upon Acquiring the land from them, we thought it could be viable to continue on this venture, but this proved to be unsustainable due water consumption and lake pollution.
It was decided soon after to convert the land into a Private Conservancy, due to the natural habitat being conducive to preserving the natural flora and fauna heritage unique to Naivasha and Kenya; along with the fundamental belief by the visionary owners to sustainably preserve the uninterrupted land for future generations to enjoy.
