Your hotel needs serious care. It is not a bad place, but its filled with too many bad staff, I think you need a change in management. There is so much work to be done and the manager just makes it look like they are doing the customer a big favor. Hotels are made to be comfortable and relaxing, and also to meet customers needs but if an hotel is not doing that customer will not come back. This things needs to be taken seriously.
