This new-build Guest Apartments comprises of 2-Bedrooms that will suit travelling groups of between 2 to 4 guests who prefer the spacious living area that a proper apartment/flat gives. This apartment comprise of a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen; 2 separate En-suite bedrooms, visitors toilet and offers a large living space as opposed to a hotel room where there is little space in a room and everything is crammed into just that one room. This apartment is aimed at both professionals from out-of-State who come to Lagos for business or pleasure to international visitors from abroad that needs a fully equipped apartment for short or long stay in the Lekki area of Lagos which feels like a home from their own home. Perhaps you live in diaspora and have not been back to Nigeria for several years to visit family or friends, worry not, we are here to take care of your accommodation needs as the proprietor has lived in both the USA and UK before and know what it feels like not to have a suitable and comfortable accommodation in Nigeria to stay when visiting friends or family. So we have tried to address most of the short-comings we found with other accommodation providers for the benefit of our own guests. Please feel free to contact me for your booking requirements.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. We will serve English Breakfast Only on request at a cost
2. Wifi is available to guest for FREE!
3. Electricity outage is still a major problem in Nigeria but we provide a 24 hours electricity supply or as near to that as possible because we have made 3 separate provisions for electricity supply namely through normal power supply, through installed Inverters and through a power generator plant. When there's normal electricity supply from the national grid we used that. When there's power outage as there tend to be frequently in Nigeria, we revert to using the installed Inverters as a source of power supply and for Inverters batteries charging we run the generator to charge the Inverters.
4. Guest will have one Amazon Firestick which include Netflix and you can use your Netflix account to watch all the movies of your choice just like you do at home.
5. You can pop into Shoprite and do your own shopping or we can provide guests with shopping service at a cost. Please ask at the facility on arrival for details.
6. You can cook your own food or we can arrange chef/cook service for guests at a cost. Please ask at the facility on arrival for details.
7. While there are Taxify and Uber at every corner in Lagos, if you need the service of a private car hire, we can arrange that. Please ask at the facility on arrival for details.
8. We provide Dry-cleaning Service at a cost. Please ask at the facility on arrival for details.
9. We can arrange an apartment cleaning service at a cost. Please ask at the facility on arrival for details.
10. If you have any other request, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate it.
Guest access
This is a Two-Bedroom apartment and guest would be able to access all parts of the apartment for their own exclusive use. This includes, living room, passage, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, kitchen, two bathrooms and a visitors toilet.
Also, please note that apartments have both front access and a back fire-escape access.

Self check-in with building staff

- The objective is that you have a great time while in Lagos and I hope my home contribute to that experience for you!
1. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the flat.
2. Locked doors with the provided keys as you come in and out of the house.
3. Keep the place neat and tidy
4. Check-in time is 2PM - 12AM (midnight) and check out out by 11AM
5. Turn off lights, Air conditioning system, televisions, switches when not in use or when a room is unoccupied.
6. When Inverter is being used as the source of electricity supply please only allowed electrical equipment.
