It was an amazing stay while my stay at the hotel in fact the free wifi and the complimentary breakfast was great. The hotel is a good place to be especially that complimentary breakfast

An Amazing place to be

After the very busy traffic in Lagos from the airport to the hotel. The staff were amazing. The room is great! The meals are so delicious starting from the jellof rice. The laundry guys are great. It was indeed an awesome experience. Very great ambiance

It has the best comfortable bed, nice corridor with interesting view, very prompt room service delivery, very nice outdoor arrangements, within and outside bar and very clean swimming pool for guests.

Bad customer Service

Booked the Suites for a night. There was nothing special about the suite or the amenities in the room. No single towel was placed in the restroom, cheap yellow soap was placed there with bucket and bowl . No shower or bath gel, no beverage no teacup was placed in the suite, no complimentary water. It took 2hours and 4 followup calls to get the receptionist to send the floor towel and a teacup to the room. Breakfast was worse, no options, just boiled potato and omelette. Lodging in here was an unpleasant experience I can't recommend to anyone. Totally not satisfied with the service.
