We operate a non-smoking policy, but guests can smoke in their balcony.

Smoking in the room attracts a fine of N50,000.

We allow children(must be with a guardian)

Should your travel arrangements change you should inform us as soon as practicable to allow us to reallocate the room.

Notice of cancellation of booking: providing we have atleast 24 hours notice of cancellation no payments will be due. However if you fail to notify us after this period payment in full will become due.
