YATOV PLACE

 Yatov place is a pleasant accomodation situated at plot 11  garki police station road off lagos street, garki 2, Abuja. It stands a few meters away from the garki police station and H-medix supermarket and pharmacy. It is a twenty minutes drive away from the national stadium, international conference center and eagle square in the heart of Abuja. It is a four (4) room accommodation of two categories namely; the deluxe room and the executive room, offering a comfortable twin bed, air conditioning, water heater and a fridge. Other services offered at the facility include an open air bar and restaurant, and soft music at evening times. 

· Check in time is by 12pm. Early check in shall only be subject to availability and is not binding.

· Check out time is by 12pm. Late check out shall be no later than 1pm. Failure to check out at the above stated time for late check out attracts a fine of 50% payment on the full rate of the room being occupied.

· All unpaid reservations are made null and void if the guest fails to show up on or before 4pm of the day of the reservation.

· All Paid reservations are maintained whether or not the guest shows up on the expected date of the reservation.

· All refund shall be done 48 hours from the time it is requested by the guest.

· Unpaid reservations can be cancelled by the guest at anytime.

·  No smoking allowed in the rooms. All smokers are advised to use the bar.

·  No pets allowed in the facility

·  All payments shall be made in cash or by transfer to the official bank account.
