House 81 Guesthouse, Abuja

House 81 is a guest house located at No 81 Arsenal street Suncity Estate Abuja. We have only 5 rooms, our Deluxe is 1 in number, our Executive is 2 in number while our standard is 2 in number as well.
Our standard has small kitchen Incase any guest want to stay for a long time, cooking utensils will be provided for the person.

All out rooms has AC/ fan/ fridge and water heater but only standard that does not have fridge and water heater. We also offer airports pickups and drop offs on request, We have a functional kitchen with a good cook, we have small sit out. We sell all sorts of drinks both alcohol, we have a mini bar inside the reception, we do fish and turkey barbecue, we also have a small space where one can do house party, we have 24 hours light.

The guest house is fenced with a security man outside the main security at the entrance of the estate.

Check-in - anytime (once there is space)
Check out - 12 noon (if guests decide to check out late it will attract some charges)
We allow pets once it won’t harm other guests
We allow children/babies in the room
Guests can smoke cigarettes but no smoking of Indian hemp or hard drugs because we will report to the police.
We accept payments by cash, transfer and POS
For cancellation one needs to call in on time to avoid is loosing other interested guests.
