Checkout time 12:00 pm
Late checkout after 12:00pm attracts 50% of the normal charge.
We require all reservations to be confirmed, as we may not be able to provide room for
reconfirmation after 6:00 pm on the day of check-in.
All confirmed reservations at none arrival of guest would be charged full rate, if not cancelled 24hrs prior to arrival.
Refund of room rate attracts 10% service charge, 5% rate, and 20% for cancellation of
contract.
Smoking in the room is not allowed, if caught you will be fined the sum of N20,000.
Taking official photos or doing a photo shoot without informing the management will attract a fee of N15,000.
Pets are strictly prohibited.
