Great customer service. Clean and welcoming environment. Conducive location. However, although your room was clean and tidy, the toilet albeit needs to be tidied up a lot more. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

My stay at the hotel was fine, their environment was okay, their customer service was slightly above average....everything was fine except for the fact that they didn't give us complimentary breakfast

My stay at D Blis - TIT Hotel was a disaster. The room was smelling, the room wall was dilapidated, no TV, door lock was bad. The receptionist were nonchalant, the hotel needs proper renovation.

I think the building is nice and the room is fairly comfortable for the price but the service provided was poor and the place is not lively and very noisy. I would prefer to choose another hotel when next I visit the town.
