My Stay was fine and the hotel services were satisfactory.

The hotel was Crappy, the customer service was wack, very dirty place

I was not too impressed with the services I got at this hotel. The hotel was quiet and serene, the check in was smooth. I checked into a very neat room, with seemingly comfortable bed with clean sheets. Customer service and catering services, however, were poor. I had to call a lot to remind them to provide toiletries and clean towel in to my room. Food was not so great but I survived anyway. You guys should improve your services. Guests deserve to be well taken care of.
