Clairbon Plaza Hotel Ltd is a moderately priced hotel sited in a very nice environment at 179 Chukwuma Nwoha by MCC Road Junction, Ikenegbu, Imo state. This hotel is in close proximity to a couple of banks and clubs.

Every room is furnished with an air conditioner, refrigerator, flat screen TV with cable connection, work desk, intercom, fan, king sized bed and wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower and complimentary toiletries. The rooms can be categorized into single room, double room, family suite and presidential suites.

I did not like the hotel, there was no water heater.

The hotel was total crap. I paid extra so that I can stay in a room of higher category than the one I booked but to my surprise it was all still a mess. Mosquitoes fed on me throughout the night and although there was insecticide in the hotel, the hotel's attendant was all grumpy about spraying it in my room. The toilet was smelly, there was no gas in the Air conditioning unit and the fan wasn't functioning properly. It wasn't a pleasant stay at all.

The service at the hotel was very poor, the AC was not functioning well, and it made the room very uncomfortable. I did not enjoy my stay at all, the management should also work on the hotel's facilities.
