- An international passport with the next six (6) months validity and at least one visa page for stamp.
- An invitation letter or hotel reservation (For the tourist visa).

- 3 months recent Bank statements.

Visa type details
Business visa
- This Congolese Business visa is issued to Algerian nationals willing to visit the country for purpose of business such as establishing professional and business contacts, making arrangements for investments in the Republic, doing feasibility studies, attending seminars, engaging in trade fair, etc.
- A business visa is delivered for only one month ( 30 days) and allows for multiple entries.
- It cannot exceed 30 days if a business applicant plans on staying in the Republic of Congo for more than 30 days.
- If he wishes to stay more than 30 days, he will need to extend the nearest Office of Immigration for extension of his or her Business visa.
- The Business is always charged $200 dollar generally, but can be less or more for Algerian citizens who are visiting the country for a business purposes.
- The applicant is expected to travel with a proof of yellow fever vaccination when applying for the visa.
- The applicant is also expected to provide a business letter stating all the business details the traveler intend to perform in Republic of Congo, and the letter must have a validity of 3 months and the letter should be addressed to Embassy of Republic of Congo in Algeria.
- The business traveler must intend to leave the country at the end of their stay in order to abide by the policy guiding the visa.
- The processing time is usually within 20 days for countries outside the African continent but the processing time usually within 10 days for African countries.

- The Congolese Tourist visa is granted to Algerian nationals who are visiting the DR. Congo for leisure, sightseeing, fun, holiday etc.
- This visa gives the holder the allowance to enter the country through designated ports such as airports and harbor stations.
- The visa is issued at any accredited Congolese Consulate or Embassy.
- The tourist visa is valid for a period of 3 months( 90 days) with the option of Multiple entries for the holder.
