Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Egyptian Visa.
- Completely filled visa application form.
- Original International passport valid for at least 6 months on entry into Egypt.
- Two passport-size color photograph that meets the visa photo specification.
- Round trip reservation.

- Egypt, unlike most countries, does not have a separate work visa category. Foreigners who intend to work in Egypt must simply apply for a work permit.
- The application process may be rigorous and time-consuming.
- Seven(7) passport-size photographs are required.
- Two(2) copies of your employer's incorporation contract will be needed.

- As work permit applications require the participation of the foreigner's employer, you must have been offered a job from an employer in Egypt.
- Your employer will need to submit a memorandum explaining why it is necessary to hire a foreigner rather than a qualified Egyptian citizen.
- The work permit visa is charged 1000 Egyptian pounds and its processing time is usually within or above a year.
- An Egyptian work permit is valid for one(1) and might be extended for 5 years.
