How to get a Japan visa from Algeria

• You can apply for this visa type if you are visiting Japan for sightseeing, tourism, and to visit friends and relatives.
• If you are meeting a family relation in Japan, you are required to provide documents which sufficiently proves the family relationship. The document to be submitted may include birth certificate, marriage certificate or an extract from the civil status certificate.
• A certified copy of the family register (KOSEKITOHON) is required if your host is your spouse and is also Japanese.
• All applicants of this visa should make sure they present a letter of invitation (SHOHEI RIYUSHO) with motif and which bears the seal of the host.
• It is important that details of the program of stay (TAIZAI YOTEI HYO) are provided along with the coordinates of your accommodation.
• Foreigners who will bear the financial burden of the trip themselves are required to provide their bank account statement and proof of income issued by an official organization.
• If your trip is being sponsored by your host, the income statement of your host, copy of tax return, and certificate of payment of taxes of your host should be provided.
• Applicants who are visiting people who are not of Japanese origin should provide a photocopy of both sides of their host’s passport. The pages to be photocopied are the pages with identity information and residence permit.
• All applicants of the Japanese Visitor Visa who are 16 years of age and above must have their biometric features captured as part of the entry procedures.
• Foreign nationals with the intention of staying in Japan for more than 90 days are required to obtain a residence card on entry into Japan.

• This visa is issued to foreign businessmen and businesswomen who are traveling to Japan to engage in business activities.
• You are required to present a work certificate during the visa application process.

• If the travel expenses are to be borne by the host company, one of the following should be provided; Copy of Register of Legal Entities (HOJIN TOKIBO TOHON), Copie de KAISHA SIKIHO, or Présentation de la société (KAISHA DANTAI GAIYO SET SUMEISHO).

• Foreigners willing to exceed 90 days in Japan should ensure they get a residence card on arrival in Japan.
