  • Algeria passport holders can visit Qatar by obtaining an e-visa.
  • The e-visa allows nationals of Algeria to stay in Qatar for a duration of 30 days.
  • Tourists from Algeria can extend their stay for another 30 days by applying to the immigration department in Qatar.
  • Intending visitors are required to have a passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of arrival into Qatar. The passport should have at least one blank page for visa stamping.
  • Tourists are required to provide a return or onward ticket and proof of enough funds to spend throughout the duration of stay in the country.
  • A detailed printed itinerary of your time in Qatar and a confirmation of accommodation during the stay, which can be in the form of a hotel reservation is needed.
  • Minors must show travel authorization from their parents or guardians.
  • Intending visitors can get to Qatar from any international airport in Algeria. There are international airports in Dar El Beïda and Oran.
  • Qatar Airways, Air Algerie, and Turkish Airlines are some of the carriers that fly from Alergia to Qatar.
  • The estimated flight time from Dar El Beïda to Doha, Qatar is 5 hours, 50 minutes and from Oran, it is  10 hours, 35 minutes.
  • Qatar is an Islamic dominated country, with majority off its citizens belonging to the Sunni sector of Islam, while Shiites sector comprise around 10% of Qatar's Muslim population.
