Basic Travel Requirements for Algerians visiting Turkey
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Turkish Visa.
- Passport should be valid at least three months longer than the expiry date of the requested visa.
- Completed and signed visa application form is required.
- One passport size photograph of the applicant should be affixed on the top left side of the visa application form.
- Documents supporting the purpose and the conditions of the planned visit.
- Letter of invitation from the host in Turkey is required.
- Travel itinerary showing travel details, entry dates and exit dates from Turkey.
- A copy of the confirmed round trip ticket,
- hotel reservation with a payment guarantee showing proof of accommodation in Turkey.
- Guarantees regarding means of subsistence for the whole duration of stay in Turkey.
- Receipt showing that the non-refundable visa processing fee has been paid.
- If the applicant is not a citizen of Turkey, a valid residence permit or any document that proves the applicant legally stays in Turkey is required.

Turkey Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- Original Passport with validity of 6 months after the entry of Turkey.
- The passport must have 2 empty pages.
- Existing ID details of the applicant's passport, old passport’s ID details and copies of old visas are required.
- 2 recent photos (5x5 cm) with white background, that were taken at least within the last 6 months.
- Turkey visa application form should be filled and signed by the applicant.
- Travel health insurance must be valid for the whole duration of the travel.
- Bank statements of the last 6 months showing proof of sufficient funds for the entire duration of stay in Turkey.
- Reservation information of the hotel in Turkey that the applicant will stay. The reservation dates of the hotel have to match with the flight dates.
- In case of a visit to family or friends, an invitation letter of the Turkish citizen is required. The document has to be an approved and notarized letterhead.
- The letter has to bear the fact that the inviter will finance all expenses for the visitor. The Inviter’s Turkish ID has to be supplied as well.
- Stamped and signed letter with group travel details of the company or person who organizes the journey.
- Letter has to bear the travel dates and approve that the participants will return back to their country.
- If the applicant is underage and will not be accompanied by one parent, a consent letter an approval letter for the person who will travel with the child has to be signed by both of the parents and a copy of the birth certificate is required.
- The signed consent note must be submitted with a valid ID card of the minor's parents or legal guardians.
Turkey Transit Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- Original Algerian passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry to Turkey and
- The passport must have two blank pages for visa stamp
- Applicants are required to provide copies of old passport ID details and copies of old visas.
- Two recent passport photos (5x5 cm) taken against a white background.
- Visa application form filled and signed.
- Valid travel health insurance must be valid from the beginning date of travel.
- Hotel and flight reservation indicating the final destination (both mentioning the applicant’s name).
- For underaged applicants, consent letter signed by both parents is required.
- All previous visas and visas of the final destination.
Turkey Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- The Algerian passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond stay in Turkey.
- The passport must have at least 2 blank pages for the Turkey visa stamp.
- Applicants are required to submit alongside the application from 2 recent passport photographs taken against a white background.
- The Turkey visa application form must be completely filled and signed by the applicant.
- Travel health insurance must be valid for the whole duration of stay in Turkey.
- Invitation letter from the Turkish company that approves the visit. Letterhead by the company that needs to be officially approved from the notary.
- This letter has to bear the date of the visit and reason for the visit, accommodation information, details of the person, who will finance the cost for the stay.
- Contact details of the host company must also be included in the invitation letter.
- Documents of the company establishment need to be supplied alongside the invitation.
- An official letter must be written by an authorized person of company in Algeria, bearing the start date of work, the dates of permitted leave days, the seal of the workplace, an indication of the address and contact telephone number, position, and salary rate as well as details of the applicant's business trip.
- The purpose of travel, dates and a guarantee of return for the applicant should also be included in the letter.
- The establishment date of the company and registration documents are also required.
- Applicants are required to provide payrolls for the last 6 months.
- If the applicant is self-employed, the company's registry documents, bank account summary of the last 6 months (stamped and signed), and invoices that proof the owner is receiving assistance from the company in Turkey are required.
- Reservation information of the hotel in Turkey that the applicant will stay.
