Documents Angolan applicants need to provide.

Official visa
- Official visa is issued to those who are visiting the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to conduct official assignments in the diplomatic and consular missions of foreign countries.
- Visa application form that is correctly filled out and legible.
- The applicant’s passport must be valid for at least six months.
- Two (2 by 2 inches) Passport photograph, one affixed to the appropriate box on the application form.

Tourist visa

- The validity of the tourist visa is for ninety (90) days.
- The tourist visa can be extended only once with the consent of the Afghan Tourism Department. Extension of tourist visa lasts for a duration of 30 days.
- Proof of hotel reservation or accomodation is required.
- Applicants are also required to provide a copy of the flight itinerary.
- A letter of introduction stating whom you intend to visit in Afghanistan for applicants visiting family or friends.The letter should also state the financial responsibility of the Applicant.
- The letter should also describe the purpose of the journey, place, with whom the applicant will be residing, and the residence address during the stay in Afghanistan.
