Business visa
- Business visa is issued to foreigners visiting Azerbaijan to conduct business meetings, attend conferences, trade fairs, and expeditions.
- Azerbaijan application form that is completely filled and signed.
- Original Angolan passport that is valid for at least three months after exiting Azerbaijan.
- The Passport must have at least two blank pages for visa stamp.
- One recent (35mm by 45mm) passport photograph taken against a white background.
- Stapler should not be used to attach the photographs to the application form.
- Copy of return or onward tickets or travel agency/airline itinerary in each traveller’s name.
- Company business invitation letter obtained from the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
- A certificate showing that the host company/organization has been registered should be attached to the business letter.
- Purpose of visit, name of the company, type of business to be conducted and guaranteed financial support from the host should be clearly stated in the business letter
- Letter from applicant’s company in Angola indicating that the applicant’s employer is is fully aware of the duration and purpose of leave.
Tourist visa
- This visa is granted to Angolans who are visiting Azerbaijan for recreation, sightseeing and relaxation purposes.
- A tourist visa is also granted to those who intend to visit friends and relatives in the country.
- One signed Azerbaijan Visa application form that is completely filled.
- Two passport photograph with a white background that is attached to the application form.

- One copy of the flight itinerary showing entry and exit date.
- Holders of tourist visas are not permitted to partake in any business activity.
- Applicants are also prohibited from studying in any of the Azerbaijan educational institutions.

- The letter must also explain the relationship between applicant and host, and the contact information of residence in Azerbaijan. The contact information may include the host’s address, a valid ID of host and phone number.
- Confirmation from a hotel or a tourist organization in Azerbaijan.
- Copy of return or onward tickets or travel agency/airline itinerary in each traveller’s name.
- The receipt of a paid visa application fee is required.
