Tourist visa
- The Burundi tourist visa is issued to Angolans traveling to Burundi for for tourism purposes.
- The Burundi tourist visa is valid for 30 days and it is not extendable.
- Proof of yellow fever vaccination is compulsory. It must be provided by the applicant to show that they are free of yellow fever.
- Proof of sufficient funds must be provided, visitors are required to have at least 30 dollars per day to cover their daily expenses in Burundi.
- An invitation letter from a friend or relative in Burundi must be provided by the applicant.

- A letter from the applicant’s employer in Angola sis required. The letter should be addressed to the Embassy of Burundi and signed by a senior manager.
- The letter should introduce the applicant and state the nature of the business to be conducted. If the applicant is meeting more than one company, the names and addresses of the companies should be stated.
- The letter should also state the following:

- Activities to be performed during the trip.
- Source of financial responsibility or expenses to be covered by the applicant's company or host company.
- Duration of stay.
- An official letter of invitation from the host company in Burundi should be provided. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and signed by an authorized signatory of the company.
