According to Brazilian Federal Law 8,069/1990, minors under the age of 18 cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his or her parents, written authorization will be required for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 must also present a valid identification document with photo, to prove their identity and that of their parents. It must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by his or her parents. When traveling with pets, please note that an additional charge of BRL 70 per pet, per night will apply. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room and the property can only allow pets weighing a maximum of 25 kg. All pets staying at this property must be up to date on vaccinations.
