Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs BRL 80 per day. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 10 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 10 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The minor must present the identity card or birth certificate as well as written authorization from those responsible and authenticated by a notary. * Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm.
