Original Malian passport that is valid for at least 3 months after the intended date of exit from the Netherlands.
Your passport must have 2 blank visa pages and cannot have been issued for more than 10 years.
Two recent 35mm x 45mm. the passport-sized photograph that meets the visa photo requirement.
For minors traveling alone, the application form must be signed by the parents/legal guardians accompanied by a signed consent form.

Documentation proving status in Mali either as an employee, student or business owner.
Letter of invitation from a host in Mali if the purpose is to visit a friend or relative or hotel reservations spanning the duration of your stay in Mali.
A cover letter detailing the purpose, duration and any other necessary information about the trip.
For every document, you must provide the original and one photocopy.
All documents must be drawn up in or translated into Dutch and English
