No parking available. Pets are not allowed. WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.Check in by None. Check out by 11:00 AM

Please inform Sonder Rideau in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no room service or daily housekeeping. Intra stay cleanings are available upon request 24 hours in advance for an additional fee. Please do not bring a bike into your space. There is a bike rack located in the level P2 garage, and locks are not provided.
