- The business visa is issued to individuals who want to travel to Cameroon to carry out business-related activities.
- It can be used to sign and negotiate contracts, attend meetings and conferences and also hire staff.
- Individuals travelling for meetings, seminars or conferences are required to pre-register and submit proof of registration during their application.
- This visa cannot be used to seek employment or public funds in Cameroon.
- Employed applicants are to submit a letter from their employer in Cambodia stating the applicant's position at work and that the trip is approved.
- Your business partner in Cameroon should also issue a letter of invitation. The invitation letter should state the nature of the business to be conducted, the duration of the business and if the inviting company would sponsor your trip.
- If there has been previous dealings between both companies, records of those businesses should be provided.
- Applicants must have a hotel reservation confirmation in Cameroon at the time of their application.
- If you are self-employed, a copy of your company's registration and proof of tax income payment should be provided.
