Egypt Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- This visa is for those who wish to travel to Egypt for business, seminars, conferences and to sign negotiations.
- You can also meet with business partners and attend meetings while in Egypt on this visa.
- This visa allows you stay in Egypt for 39 days and you are to leave Egypt on or before its expiration.
- Your passport must not be frayed, torn, separated, or altered in any other way.
- You must provide two colored passport-type photographs that must have been taken within the last three months and printed on high-quality photo paper.
- The photographs must be taken against an all-white background.
- Applicants are not allowed to wear neither eyeglasses nor headwear except for religious purposes.
- Your photos must not be affixed to your application and it may not display evidence of adhesive tape or staples.
- You are to submit a business cover letter from the company in Egypt.
- All letters are to be printed on the company's letterhead and must display an Egyptian address.
- Include two copies of an itinerary or e-ticket that displays your round trip travel and entry and exit dates to and from Egypt and must show your full name (as printed in your passport).
- You are to also submit a letter written by your employer in Cape Verde on company letterhead stating that you will be returning to your present job.
- The cover letter should state their awareness of your leave, purpose, and duration of stay.
- You are to submit an official invitation letter from the Egyptian company you are meeting stating the purpose and duration of your visit to Egypt.
- Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicant's duration of stay should be submitted.
- If your finances will be taken care of by your employer or the partner company, it should be clearly stated in the letter of invitation.

- Proof of registration and receipt of paid fees for the registration of the conference should be made available for those who intend to attend conferences in Egypt.
- A certificate of business registration of the company you are meeting in Egypt should be provided.
- Applicants who own their own businesses should provide a copy of their income tax return of the last six months.
- Receipt of payment of visa application fees is to be submitted also.
- International Certificate of Vaccination of Yellow Fever should be provided by the applicant.
