Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and charges may be applicable. Pets are not allowed. WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.Check in by None. Check out by 11:00 AM

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We cannot provide a crib for the studio apartments. There's no cable, room service, or daily housekeeping. This building has a minimum age requirement of 18. If under that age, guests must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older. Paid parking ($20/night) is non-refundable and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bikes are not allowed inside the apartments. Please store it on the bike rack in the parking garage. You may hear construction noise from renovations inside the building. The seasonal balconies are currently unavailable.
