How to get a Czech Republic visa from Comoros

• Original Passport with 6 months validity with at least two empty pages.
• The Czech Republic visa application needs to be duly filled and signed.
• For children under 18 years old, both parents must sign the application form.
• Passport copies of the parents have to be attached.
• One recent passport-size colored photographs with a white background (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
• Personal covering letter with entire travel plan
• Original updated bank statements for the last 3 months with bank attestation. Bank statements will not be accepted if the bank seal is not on it.

• An invitation letter signed by an inviting company in the Czech Republic approved by Immigration Police of the Czech Republic is required.
• The invitation letter must contain the full name of the applicant, passport details, period and duration of stay, the reason for a business trip, information on who will bear the cost of the stay, and confirmation that the applicant will not work in the Czech Republic and leave after the end of the trip.
• A business letter from the applicant’s employer in Comoros clearly stating the awareness of the business leave, applicants position held in the company and date the applicant will be returning.
• If there are previous business dealings with the company in Czech Republic documents or certificates showing proof of this is required.
• Applicants that are not citizens of Comoros are required to provide a copy of their original residence permit.
