How to get a Germany visa from Comoros

• The tourist visa is issued to people who wish to enter Germany with the purpose of visiting friends or relatives or to just sightsee and experience the country and its culture.
• Application form completed in English or German. The form should be fully, honestly and correctly completed, printed and signed at the end.
• Recent passport photographs taken against a white background.
• A valid national passport that have at least one blank page in order to be able to affix a visa sticker on it.
• Personal bank statements for the last three months.

• Applicant’s company covering letter with entire travel plan (itinerary) mentioning the position, duration of your service, the dates, and purpose of the trip and if your expenses are being covered by the employer or not.

• Fully completed and signed visa application form.
• A letter issued by your health insurance company that confirms you have travel insurance, which covers any medical emergency or hospitalization with a minimum of €30,000.
• If the applicant is an employee, a letter from the applicant’s employer, which confirms the dates of the leave is required.
• Certificate from a medical doctor confirming the need for specific medical treatment in Germany.
• Certificate from a medical doctor confirming that necessary treatment can be provided by a clinic/hospital in Germany.
• Proof of advance payment of the treatment / financial arrangements with the medical doctor in Germany.
• Correspondence between the sending medical doctor and the receiving medical doctor
• A guarantee letter from the applicant to assure the patient’s capacity to cope with the extra medical costs (when expecting unforeseen costs of medical treatment to happen)
• If the applicant will be staying at a hospital throughout the whole period in Germany, a confirmation note by the hospital to prove that should be submitted.
• If the hospital will not be accommodating the applicant, then either a hotel booking, an invitation letter by a German host or a rental contract will be required.
• Applicants are required to submit proof that you are capable of covering any other expenses.
• If the applicant is a minor child who needs medical services offered in Germany, a copy of the child’s birth certificate and letter of consent from both parents.
• The consent letter and all required documents should be translated in an English or German language.
