- International passport which will be valid for6 months after exiting from the country.
- The passport must contain two blank pages for visa stamps.

Mexico Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- This visa is for applicants who wish to engage in various business activities while in Mexico.
- Holders of this visa can attend business meetings and conferences, sign and negotiate business contracts with partners and partner companies in Mexico.
- Applicants of this visa who wish to attend business conferences in Mexico are advised to register for the conference before they leave Congo.
- The certificate of registration of conferences, lectures, seminars, and so on should be submitted during the visa application process.
- A letter of invitation written on the company’s letterhead should be also provided.
- The letter should state the duration and purpose of the applicant's visit to Mexico.
- A letter to be written in Spanish by the applicant’s employer in Congo should be submitted.
- The letter should state that all your expenses in Mexico will be covered by your company.
- If the travel expenses of the applicant will not be covered by the company, this should be expressly stated in the letter.
- The certificate of business registration of the inviting company in Mexico is to be submitted.
- Proof that you are a Congo resident must be provided, such as a utility bill.

Mexico Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- The Mexican student's visa is for applicants who wish to study in any of the institutions of learning in Mexico.
- Applicants of this must have been offered admission into one of the schools before applying for the visa or the visa will not be issued to them.
- A photocopy of the information page of the passport is to be provided.
- The original admission letter written on the school’s letterhead should be submitted as proof that you have been offered admission into the school and you can attend classes.
- Proof of financial sustenance of the applicant for their entire stay in Mexico is to be provided.
- If the applicant has been given a scholarship, they are to provide a proof stating the exact scholarship amount they have been given.
- Certificates and transcripts from previously attended schools should be submitted during the visa application process.
- Proof of payment of tuition fees are to be provided.
- International students are permitted to work part-time- 20 hours a week when school is in session and full-time when the school is on break.
- Minors are to provide original copies of their birth certificate.
- Minors are to also submit a notarized letter of consent signed by both parents.
- The Mexican student visa can be extended to cover the duration of the applicant’s study program in the country.

Mexico Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- The Mexican tourist visa allows foreigners to travel to Mexico for the purpose of sightseeing, relaxation, and recreation.
- During your time in the country, you can attend festivals and other social events.
- Proof that you are financially able to support yourself during your stay in Mexico must be provided.
- Applicants are expected to have at least USD 50 per day for their stay in Mexico.
- A copy of your round-trip or tour ticket is required.
- Applicants are required to present a letter from their current employer stating awareness of their leave.
- Your position in the company, the term of your employment, and the duration of your leave should also be stated in the letter.

- Foreigners on this visa are not allowed to take up either paid or unpaid employment during their time in the country.
Mexico Transit Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- This visa is for people who wish to transit through Mexico to another country.
- This visa is valid for 24 hours.
- A round-trip or onward ticket, and a valid visa for the final destination must be presented.
- On arrival into Mexico, the traveler is escorted to the transit hall of the Mexico City International Airport.
- The traveler will remain in custody of an agent of the National Immigration Service who holds passports and/or travel documents until the passenger boards the connecting flight.
- Holders of this visa are not allowed to work or study while they are in the country.
- If you are a minor, a letter of consent signed by both your parents should be provided.
- The original copy of your birth certificate is also required.
- All travelers are advised to be vaccinated against Yellow Fever before leaving their country.
- The Mexico transit visa cannot be extended.

- This visa is for applicants who wish to travel to Mexico to visit family and friends who live in the country.
- This visa permits only single-entry into the country and is valid for 180 days.
- This visa can sometimes be extended.
- Applicants are to provide a letter of invitation from their host.
- The letter must contain the host's home a dress and contact details.
- You must fill a Forma Migratoria Múltiple (FMM) card before you enter Immigration and Customs at your port of entry.
- Normally, an FMM card will be given to you on your inbound flight.
- You have to keep the FMM card safe or you will pay a fine.
- The card must be returned to the airline staff upon exit from the country or the applicant will pay a fine.
- Applicants are to have a good criminal record in order to be granted entry into the country.
