When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Pets are not allowed. WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15 per day. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 6 years old to 17 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Key cards can be issued via a check-in machine at another address (Seeger Living Comfort Downtown entrance, Karlstraße 42-44, 76133 Karlsruhe). Please note that there is no reception at the property and the front desk is open from 10:00 until 14:00. Online reception open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. Cleaning & linen change once a week. Please note that cash is not possible on site. Billing is free of charge only by email. Please provide the email address to the property in advance. If you wish to receive an invoice in paper form, please inform the property prior the day of your departure. Washing machine and the dryer can be used only for a an extra charge.
