WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Piscine is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2024 until Thu 01 May 2025 La Palma is closed from Fri 25 Oct 2024 until Mon 10 Mar 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the credit card used to make the booking needs to be presented upon arrival. If this is not possible, please contact the property in advance in order to complete an authorisation form. Please note that 512 Kbts of WiFi is offered free of charge. For guests who require more WiFi access it is possible to upgrade to 3 Mbts for an additional EUR 10 for the first 24-hours and an addtional EUR 8 per 24-hours after that.
