How to get a Brazil visa from Gabon

• Original Gabon passport valid at least 6 months from the date of travel to Brazil.
• 1 recent passport size photograph taken against a white background is required.
• Correctly filled and signed Brazil visa application forms of the applicant.
• A covering letter that has the company letterhead, the name of the company, the designation of the candidate, the department applicant works in and the contact information.
• Letter of invitation from the concerned organization in Brazil.
• The letter should be written in both English and Portuguese.
• The letter should also include all the details of the organization that has invited the applicant to Brazil such as the registration number of the organization, the duration, and purpose of the stay of the applicant.
• Travel itinerary showing entry and exit from Brazil.
• A document showing proof of registration of the company.
• The applicant’s income tax returns from the past 3 years.
• The applicant’s bank statements from the previous 6 months with a sufficient amount of money in the account, seal of the concerned bank and its signature.
• Salary slip of the candidate from the past three months from the most recent organization applicant has worked for.

• A Brazilian tourist visa is valid only up to 90 days.
