When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. No parking available. Pets are not allowed. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for £50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 12 years old and over stay for £85 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.Check in by None. Check out by 12:00 PM

Important information

For advanced purchase rate reservations, a payment link will be sent by the hotel team directly within 72 hours of making your booking. The booking is subject to cancellation if the payment is not received. On arrival a debit or credit card will be authorized at check-in for the total amount of your stay, plus GBP 50.00 per person, per night to cover incidentals. The Duke’s bar is open Monday to Saturday from 15:00- 22:00 with last orders at 22:15. The cognac garden is run as part of the Dukes bar after 19:30 Please note, for DUKES Bar we have a walk-in policy for all guests and during peak periods there may be a waiting period. The dress code for DUKES Bar is smart casual. Sportswear, shorts and t-shirts are not permitted with the exception of short-sleeved collared shirts (polo shirts). When booking 5 rooms or more are cased as a group booking, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The hotel reserves the right to decline reservations which are not in line with this policy. All baby cot and extra beds are subject to availability in the applicable room types.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
