  • This is the type of visa issued to persons who intend to visit Poland for tourism purposes.
  • If you will be staying with family or friend, an invitation letter from your host in Poland is required.
  • The home address and telephone number of the host should be included in the letter, as well as a valid means of identification.
  • You cannot study or work on a tourist visa.
  • If employed, you must provide an original copy of a leave letter from your company.
  • If self-employed, you will provide proof of business registration.
  • You must have a clean criminal record before your visa is granted.
  • Poland tourist visa for Ghanaians is valid for up to 3 months.

Poland Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • This is type of visa issued to Ghanaians traveling to Poland for business purposes.
  • Travelers are free to attend business meetings and conferences while on this visa.
  • You may need to provide a letter detailing all the activities you intend to carry out while in Poland.
  • You may need to provide your salary slips for the last 3 months, if employed.
  • This visa does not allow foreigners to seek public funds in the country.
  • You must not overstay on this visa.
  • Overstaying is an offense and carries serious consequences.
  • Good knowledge of Polish law allows you to process your visa quickly with less effort.

Poland Medical Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • This type of visa is issued to those intending to receive medical treatment in Poland.
  • A medical report from a recognized hospital is required.
  • It must be clearly stated in the report why Poland is the best place to get treatment for the condition.
  •  A document which confirms the treatment appointment with a medical institution in Poland should be submitted.
  • The confirmation should also mention the duration of the treatment.
  • Proof that the applicant has sufficient financial means to pay for medical bills and other expenses that may arise throughout their treatment is needed.
  • Holders of this visa are not allowed to work while in the country.
  • You are expected to leave the country after your treatment has been completed.

Poland Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • People going to Poland to study will need a student visa.
  • The country has some of the best universities in the world and unlike some other countries, allows students to work while they study.
  • Polish universities compete against universities across the world not only in terms of courses offered but also cultural experiences and scenic beauty.
  • Poland welcomes international students to all its universities as long as they have the necessary paperwork (such as a Poland student visa) in place.
  • European citizens do not need a visa to study in Poland but if the course is longer than three months, they must register their stay in Poland.
  • This option is not available to citizens of Ghana.
  • The first thing you need to have before applying for a student visa is a valid passport.
  •  You will also need 3 recent passport sized color photographs of yourself. Apart from this, a number of other documents are also required.
  • Healthcare in Poland is not free. Hence it is essential for all international students to have health insurance of at least 30000 EUR.
