  •  Your passport must be valid for six months at the time of arrival with at least two blank pages for stamps on arrival and departure.
  • If you are staying in Senegal for more than three months, you must obtain a Carte d'Etranger.
  • Children traveling alone must carry a notarized letter of consent from their parents/guardians.
  • Before entry into Senegal, visitors must have a valid passport, 2 passport photographs, proof of sufficient funds, return or onward ticket, and document showing the purpose of the trip.
  • A maximum amount of 20,000 (XOF) or the foreign currency equivalent must be declared for entry into Senegal.

  • Ghanaians visiting Senegal must check for hepatitis A, hepatitis B, typhoid, yellow fever, rabies, meningitis, polio, measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis), chickenpox, shingles, pneumonia, and influenza vaccines.
