- This visa is issued to citizens of Greece traveling to India for business purposes.
- A valid passport.

- A completely filled and signed business visa application form by the applicant.

- If invited by a host/organization, a letter from the organization is required.

- Holders of this visa cannot study with this visa.
- Two passport photographs with a white background.
- You must have a good intention of traveling. No criminal record track should be found.
- The duration of stay for a tourist visa is 90 days, which you must leave the country at the expiration of your visa.

Medical visa
- This visa is issued to citizens of Greece traveling to India for medical purposes.
- A letter from the medical institution in India confirming your medical treatment in India is required.
- An official document from the medical institution in India stating that they can provide the medical treatment you need.
- You are expected to leave the country at the end of your treatment.
- Holders of this visa are not allowed to take up permanent residence in the country, but a temporary residence.
- The applicant has to sign a medical declaration form.
- If employed, a letter from your employer is required stating his awareness of your leave.
- Proof of sufficient funds to cover up all medical expenses.
- If you are under the age of 18, you must possess the original copy of your birth certificate. If you are traveling alone or with one of their parents, a document of consent should be signed by both parents/sponsors.
- A letter to the medical institution in India is needed. This letter must state the nature of the illness and why treatment is ill-suited elsewhere.
