Basic Travel Requirements for Indonesians visiting Czech Republic

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Czech Visa.


  • An original Indonesian passport valid for at least 3 months  beyond the date  the date of departure from Czech Republic and issued within 10 years. 
  • The passport must contain at least two blank pages for visa stamping.
  • Previously issued Schengen visa (if there is any) should be provided.
  • Completely filled and signed visa application form.
  • Two identical passport photographs(35mm x 45mm) taken in a light grey background.
  • Travel insurance worth a minimum of 30,000 € and valid for the entire Schengen area.
  • A cover letter stating the purpose of visit to the Czech Republic and itinerary
  • A proof of accommodation valid through your stay in the country should be provided.
  • Proof of sufficient funds during the duration of  your stay 
  • A letter of invitation from the host.
  • Flight itinerary.
  • Proof of paid visa fees.
