Basic Travel Requirements for Indonesians visiting Iceland
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Icelander Visa.
- An original Indonesian passport issued not more than 10 years earlier and valid for at least 3 months from the date of departure from Iceland is required.
- The passport must contain at least two blank pages for visa stamping.
- Previously issued Schengen visa (if there is any).
- A completely filled and signed visa application form.
- Two identical passport photographs(3.5cm x 4.5cm) taken on a light background.
- Travel insurance worth a minimum of 30,000 € and valid for the entire Schengen area should be required.
- A detailed cover letter stating the purpose of you travelling to Iceland.
- Proof of accommodation for the duration of stay.
- Proof of sufficient funds for the trip.
- Letter of invitation.
- Flight itinerary.
- Birth certificate for minors.
- Return trip ticket.
- Proof of paid visa fees.

Iceland Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- The Iceland business visa is issued to Indonesian citizens to enable them to carry out trade and commercial transactions.
- It is also a short-stay visa valid for a maximum of 90 days in 180 days.
- This visa requires that your business partner in Iceland issues an invitation letter stating the nature of the business to be conducted and the duration of the business.
- You can use this visa to attend conferences, seminars, and meetings.
- To get a business visa to attend meetings and conferences, you would need to pre-register and provide proof of pre-registration.
- A hotel reservation of other forms of accommodation reservations is required. It should be valid for the duration of your trip.
- You are required to have sufficient funds for your trip. Your business partner in Iceland or an employer in Indonesia can fund the trip also.
- If there have been transactions between the applicant and the host company in Indonesia, records of the transactions should be provided.
- Previous Schengen visas also are required(if any).

- Iceland tourist visa is a short stay visa that allows its holders to tour the country.
- It can also be used for visitations, to attend festivals and for visitations.
- Applicants are to write a cover letter stating the reason they are traveling to Iceland.
- Ensure that your passport is valid for at least three months beyond your departure date from Iceland.
- The application form must be completely filled, signed and submitted in person.
