Basic Travel Requirements for Indonesians visiting Saudi Arabia
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Saudi Arabian Visa.
- An original Indonesian passport with at least six-month validity and two blank pages for visa stamps.
- A recent passport photograph.
- A completely filled and signed Saudi Arabian visa application form.
- Proof of return or onward flight ticket.

- The Saudi Arabian tourist visa is issued to Indonesians visiting Saudi Arabia for a family reunion, tour or visitation.
- An original passport that is valid for a duration of six months and blank visa pages.
- A copy of your return ticket.
- Women entering Saudi Arabia alone must meet a sponsor or a male relative upon arrival.
- Proof of accommodation for your duration of stay in Saudi Arabia.

- A Saudi Arabian business visa is a visa issued to managers, investors, businessmen or representatives of an organization traveling to Saudi Arabia on a business basis.
- A passport with six months validity and two blank visa pages is required.
- A completed and signed Saudi Arabian business visa application form filled with black ink or printed.
- A recently taken passport photograph taken on a white background is also required.
- A letter addressed to the royal embassy of Saudi Arabia written by your employer stating your position in the company and your purpose of visit to Saudi Arabia.
- An invitation letter by an authorized company in Saudi Arabia and certified by the Saudi chamber of commerce and the Ministry of foreign affairs stating your meeting dates, entry and exit dates.
- A letter drafted by the police of your home country stating that you have no criminal case and you have not been convicted of any criminal offenses.
- Proof of accommodation in Saudi Arabia.
- A copy of your return ticket.
- A bank statement, not more than three months, to show proof of sufficient funds to cover the duration of stay in Saudi Arabia.
- A certificate of vaccination against yellow fever, polio, measles, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, typhoid and rabies is required.
- Proof of medical insurance valid for the duration of stay in Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- The Saudi Arabian student visa is issued to Indonesians visiting Saudi Arabia for educational purposes, training or an internship.
- An original passport valid for a duration of 12 months with two blank visa pages.
- A recently taken passport photograph taken on a white background is required.
- A completed Saudi Arabia student visa application form. The form should be filled in capital letters.
- The applicant's original birth certificate and a photocopy.
- A reference letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs showing the number and the date the student visa was issued.
- Applicant's original and photocopy of a high school diploma. The copy must be authenticated by the Saudi Cultural Mission.
- Three copies of a medical result issued by a licensed physician.
- The medical results must be signed by the physician and a passport(with a white background) must be stapled with the medical report. The result must state that the applicant is free from any contagious disease.
- The medical reports must contain the license number and the address of the physician and the report must be used within three months from the issuance date.
- A recent police report stating the applicant does not have a criminal record.
- A letter from the applicant's government giving the applicant approval to travel.
- Married applicants who wish to travel with their spouse or child is expected to show a marriage certificate or a birth certificate.
- Minors traveling alone or with one parent must show a letter of authorization signed by both parents or the other parent.
- Foreigners in Saudi Arabia on a student visa are not expected to work with the visa.
