Application requirements

Tourist visa
  • Kenyans who have the intention of visiting Kazakhstan for recreation, relaxation, and sightseeing are the eligible applicants of this visa.
  • Applicants of the Tourist Visa may have received an invitation from their friends or relatives living in the country.
  • If you have been invited to the country, you are required to provide a letter of invitation from your host. The letter should introduce the applicant and state the relationship between the applicant and the host.
  • Tourists in the country can attend festivals and events of their choice.
  • A letter from the applicant’s employer is required. The letter should state the awareness and allowance of the applicant’s leave. The duration of the trip should be stated in the letter.
  • Applicants should ensure they are in possession of the copy of their Kenyan residence permit.
  • If you are under the age of 18 years, a copy of your birth certificate showing the name of both your parents is required. A notarized consent is required if you will be traveling with one or none of your parents.
  • Proof of the incentive which shows the applicant will return to Kazakhstan at the expiry of the visa.
