How to get a Kyrgyzstan visa from Kenya

• This visa is issued to Kenyans with the intention of visiting Kyrgyzstan for the purpose of leisure and tourism.
• Applicants of this visa who are visiting a friend or relative in the country are also eligible for this visa.
• Kenyans meeting up with their friends or relatives require a letter of invitation from their host. The letter should state the relationship between the applicant and the host and should be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kyrgyzstan.
• Tourists in Kyrgyzstan have the liberty of attending festivals and events taking place in the country.
• A letter from the applicant’s employer in Kenya is required. The letter should introduce the applicant, confirming allowance of leave, and state the duration of the trip.
• Non-Kenyans should provide a copy of their Kenyan residence permit.
• Minors should present the original copy of their birth certificate which carries both names of their parents. A letter of consent signed by both the minor’s parents should be provided.

• A business letter from the sponsoring company in Kenya should be provided. The letter should be printed on the company’s letterhead and addressed to ‘The Consulate of Kyrgyzstan’.
• The business letter should introduce the applicant and state the nature of the business to be carried out. The contact information of the applicant should be included in the letter.
• An official letter of invitation from the host company in Kyrgyzstan, certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is required. The letter should state the duration and purpose of the applicant’s visit.
• The business letter must state whether the applicant’s employer or the host company in Kyrgyzstan will take up the responsibility of the applicant’s finances.
