  • Proof of pre-registration of the conference to be attended by the applicant of this visa should be provided.
  • A letter from the applicant’s employer is required. The letter should introduce the applicant, state the job position of the applicant, and state the duration of the business leave.
  • An official letter of invitation from the host company should be provided. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead and signed by an authorized signatory in the country. The full name of the applicants, passport details, and the duration and the purpose of the visit should be clearly stated in the letter.
  • The business letter provided should state whether the finances of the applicant in the country would be taken up by the host company or the sponsoring company.
