Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a French Visa.
- A duly completed visa application form.
- A passport with 3 months' validity beyond the return date and two blank pages for stamps.
- Two recently taken color passport photo, light gray background, 35mm by 45mm in size, centered facing(30mm- 36mm).
- A document showing proof of the applicant's address (electricity bills, water bills or other valid documents).
- Proof of a booked round-trip flight ticket with travel Itinerary.
- Proof of a travel visa Insurance.
- A cover letter signed by the applicant stating the purpose of your visit to France.
- Proof of booked accommodation for the period of stay in France.

France Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- A French student visa is a visa issued to travelers who intend to travel to France for study, training or research.
- A complete France student application form is required.
- An admission letter from a French learning institution is needed to show your purpose of visit to France.
- Proof of sufficient funds to cater for your upkeep in France.
- Your birth certificate or an affidavit of your birth certificate is needed to prove that you are up to 18 years.
- A passport valid for study years with blank pages for the necessary stamps.
- The French authorities do not accept hotel reservations for French student visa application.
- Applicants are required to submit a certificate of accommodation. The certificate must show the applicant's full name, your period of stay and address of accommodation.
- If you have a host in France willing to accommodate you, you are required to submit the host's means of identification (International passport, proof of accommodation and utility bills).
- A three months France Schengen travel medical insurance is required.
- A flight reservation document.
- Sponsored applicants must provide an affidavit of sponsorship.

France Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- France business visa is a visa issued to Laotians who intend to travel to France to attend meetings or conferences, attend training or to conduct internal audits.
- Two recently taken passport-sized photos not older than three months in accordance with the Schengen requirements.
- A passport valid for a minimum of three months after your stay in France with at least two blank pages for entry and exit stamp.
- A complete French business visa application form is needed.
- Copies of older visas used to travel to other countries (if any).
- Travel health insurance with a minimum of E30,000 covering your entire stay in the Schengen territory.
- A Complete travel itinerary.
- Round trip flight ticket.
- Proof of financial means to cover expenses incurred in France. The following documents can be submitted to show proof of sufficient funds:
- Your Recent bank statements.
- Employment contract stating your salary, if you will be working in France.
- Income from rented property.
- Retirement benefit plan.
- A letter of declaration from your sponsor stating readiness to cover your costs for the period of stay, accompanied by documents that show your sponsor's bank statements of the last 3 months.
- Proof of Hotel reservation or rental contract(if you will be staying in a rented apartment) is required to show that you have a place to stay in France.
- Certificate of criminal record from your home country to show that you have no open crime case involvement.
- Proof of paid visa fee.
- An invitation letter from the French company you will be visiting, the letter should contain their address and the dates of your visit.
France Medical Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- France medical visa is a visa issued to foreigners who need to enter the French territory temporarily to get medical treatment, Foreigners who cannot get the appropriate healthcare in their home country and wish to get medical treatment in a medical institution in France is issued the France medical visa.
- A letter of invitation from a french medical institution or a formal agreement of the French hospital for patient's admission is required.
- The document should contain the aim of the patient's consult, the patient current diagnosis, information about the therapy to be given to the patient, the length of the therapy, the appointment date, medical costs, doctor in charge and other medical information.
- For critical or emergency cases, the invitation letter must be attached with a formal confirmation from the medical institution stating their readiness to treat the patient on a specific date.
- Evidence of a prepaid or paid medical treatment.
- A letter showing the payment receipt of medical fees from the French hospital.
- Detailed information on the medical treatment fees issued by the medical institution's financial department. (for uncovered medical treatment).
- Applicants on prepaid medical treatment are expected to show a bank transfer slip confirming the payment of their medical treatment fee.
- Applicants whose medical fees are covered by the government of their home country are expected to show a document declaring the readiness of the government to cover the applicant's medical treatment cost.
- If your medical fees are covered by your employer, you are required to show the bank statement of your employer and a letter confirming that the employer is financially capable of your medical treatment.
- Minors (applicants not up to 18 years) are expected to show the original copy of their birth certificate.
- For minors traveling with one parent, a letter of consent from the other parent stating he/she has no objection about the child traveling is required. The letter must be translated into the French language.
- Minors traveling with a third person are expected to show a letter of consent written and translated in the French language by both parents stating they have no objection about the child traveling with another person.
