Basic Travel Requirements for Laotians visiting Poland

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Polish Visa.


  • A Laotian passport which will be valid for a duration of 6 months after exiting from the country.
  • Two passport-sized photographs taken with a white background. The photograph must be at least 3 months old from the time of application.
  • Original bank statement for the last three months prior to the date of application for the visa to show proof of financial status.
  • Valid travel insurance amounting to €30,000 for medical insurance incase of emergency or accident while in the country.
  • Proof of accommodation for the duration of your stay in the country.
  • Return flight ticket must be provided.
  • Copy of travel itinerary showing your entry and exit dates and duration of stay in the country.
  • A cover letter which explains the purpose of your visit to Poland.
  • Marriage certificate or children's birth certificate to show proof of civil status.
